Returns

We accept returns of most products in original, unopened condition within 10 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the mode of payment used at time of purchase.

After 10 days from date of purchase unopened items can we be returned for store credit, up to 20 days from date of purchase. After 20 days from date of purchase items will be considered final sale. 

 

Final Sale Products

Due to safety considerations, health or hygienic reasons, some products are FINAL SALE. These items include, but not limited to;

  • All Food Items
  • Personal Care (deodorant) 
  • Bladder Protection & Incontinence Products
  • Menstrual & Period Care products
  • Temperature-controlled products (includes Probiotics)
  • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified

Clearance Items are FINAL SALE.
